DIY: Super Easy Homemade Ice Cream Recipe!

With different parts of the world on lockdown, everyone’s trying their hand at baking or cooking
So we thought we’d share with you a super quick ice cream recipe which is delicious!
As the lord of sweets, ice cream is a dependable buddy. It never neglects to brighten us up, and the main required planning is keeping the freezer supplied and spoons ready.
You can often whip together a good ice cream, which actually tastes better than the store brought ones, with just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream, chilled
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. On low speed, mix in the condensed milk, vanilla, and any flavourings (recipe mentioned below)

Pour into a resealable container, cover the surface with plastic wrap, then seal. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm. Keep stored in the freezer.
Flavours / Toppings
Cookies & Cream
15 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
Chocolate
3/4 cup cocoa powder (sifted) + 4 ounces melted cooled chocolate
