After 22 years of immense struggle and hardwork, Imran Khan is finally declared the Prime Minister Of Pakistan!
Imran Khan took oath as Pakistan’s 22nd Prime Minister today
Khan opted for a Black Sherwani for his oath taking ceremony!
Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi, former Indian cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu, Wasim Akram, actor Javed Sheikh were also present there.
Before entering the President House, Sidhu said: “People like Khan Sahab (Imran Khan) create history. With this invitation, they have honoured me. People who build relationships are respected, people who break them are disrespected and I am one of those who respect relationships. It’s a new dawn. This government has come to change this country’s perception, picture and destiny,
with high hopes and expectations.”
The oath-taking ceremony commenced at 10:10 am with the national anthem, followed by recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran.
After the oath-taking ceremony, Khan was presented a guard of honour at the Prime Minister House.
